The national Patient & Family Conference gives you the opportunity to:

Webinars

Webinars are broadcasted live with a GoToWebinar recording and then stored for viewing on the ABTA’s website and YouTube channel. The ABTA typically hosts one webinar a month that averages 700 views per webinar across all platforms.

  • Promote sponsorship of the webinar through E-News to targeted audience groups – patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals. Approximately 4 communications will be sent in advance of the webinar via e-Blasts and e-News.
  • Permanently house the webinar on the ABTA’s Anytime Learning YouTube Channel and the ABTA’s website.
  • Sponsors can assist the ABTA with content development, including description review and speaker or author recommendations. ABTA has final approval.
  • Include sponsorship of the webinar on social media, per the ABTA’s active channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Promote sponsorship of the webinar on the ABTA website.
  • Post on Connections, the ABTA’s online support community for patients, families, friends and caregivers, serving 12,000 people and growing.
  • Promote sponsorship of the webinar through ABTA’s Anytime Learning Channel on YouTube.
  • Include sponsorship information on the webinar slide deck, including logo.

Mindee Plugues

Member

Mindee J. Plugues, of Los Angeles, CA, is vice president, marketing for the Applebee’s brand and brings skills including brand strategy, executive leadership, and marketing to the board. Plugues has been an ABTA donor since April 2001, following her father’s passing from GBM. She is also a former member of the ABTA endurance program, Team Breakthrough.

Bob Kruchten

Member

Bob Kruchten, of Mount Prospect, IL, is a sales manager at Extreme Reach, a leading advertising technology company. He has strong skills in communications and fundraising, and has been advocating for the ABTA for 19 years in tribute to his best friend, Paul Fabbri, who lost his 10-year battle with GBM in 1998. Kruchten accepted the ABTA’s Joel A. Gingras Jr. Award in 2015 on behalf of the Paul Fabbri Memorial Fund.
